Where we deliver
Qasim Homeopathic ships to every city, town and village in Pakistan. There is no minimum order, and delivery is included in the price shown on each product and course page — the amount you see is the amount you pay.
How long it takes
- Major cities — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar: 2–3 working days.
- Smaller towns and rural areas: 3–5 working days.
- Bank transfer orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment being confirmed; Cash on Delivery orders after the confirmation call.
How to pay
Bank transfer (UBL). Transfer to the account shown at checkout — account name Arif Ali, IBAN PK97 UNIL 0109 0003 2096 2246 — from any bank app, JazzCash or Easypaisa via IBFT, then enter the transaction ID on the order form. This is the fastest route to dispatch.
Cash on Delivery. Pay the courier when your parcel arrives, anywhere in Pakistan. Dr Muhammad Arif calls to confirm the order before it is dispatched.
Privacy of your order
Parcels are packed plainly, with no mention of the medicine or condition on the outside. Your name, phone number and address are used only to deliver your order and to follow up on your treatment — they are never sold or shared with anyone else for marketing.
If something is wrong with your order
Contact the clinic on 0308-1831338 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and item. Damaged, incorrect or missing items are replaced at no cost to you.
Returns and cancellations
You can cancel any time before dispatch — call or WhatsApp and, if you paid by bank transfer, the amount is returned to the same account.
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened medicines cannot be resold and are not returnable, which is standard for pharmaceutical products. If a treatment does not seem to be working, contact the clinic before returning anything — in most cases the course is reviewed and adjusted at no extra charge, which is usually more useful than a refund.

How long does delivery take?

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Transfer to the UBL account shown at checkout (account name Arif Ali, IBAN PK97 UNIL 0109 0003 2096 2246) using any bank app, JazzCash or Easypaisa IBFT, then enter the transaction ID in the order form. Bank transfer orders are dispatched fastest, usually within 24 hours.
Is delivery charged separately?
No. The price shown on each product and course page includes delivery anywhere in Pakistan.
What if my parcel arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact the clinic on 0308-1831338 within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the parcel and the item. A damaged or incorrect item is replaced at no cost.
Can I cancel my order?

Can I return medicine I have already opened?
For safety reasons opened medicines cannot be resold and are not returnable, which is standard for pharmaceutical products. Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not at present. Orders are shipped within Pakistan only.
