Health information is sensitive. This page explains, in plain language, what Qasim Homeopathic Store & Clinic collects, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, city and delivery address, the item ordered, your payment method, and the transaction ID if you pay by bank transfer.
- When you ask for advice: whatever you choose to tell us on WhatsApp or by phone about your condition, age and any reports you send.
- Automatically: basic, aggregated visit statistics from the website host. These do not identify you personally.
We do not ask for your CNIC, card numbers or bank login details. Nobody from the clinic will ever request them — treat any such message as fraudulent.
How your information is used
Your contact and address details are used to confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to follow up on your treatment. What you tell us about your health is used only to recommend and adjust your treatment.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your information.
- We never share your health details with advertisers or marketing networks.
- We never publish your name, condition or messages — including as a testimonial — without asking you first.
Who else sees your details
Only two kinds of third party: the courier company, which receives your name, address and phone number so it can deliver your parcel; and the bank, if you pay by transfer. The website is hosted by Vercel and order records are kept in the clinic's own order system. Parcels are packed plainly, with no mention of the medicine or condition on the outside.
How long we keep it
Order and consultation records are kept while you are a patient and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that your treatment history is available if you return. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — call or WhatsApp 0308-1831338 or email drarifali00023@gmail.com. You can also ask to stop receiving follow-up messages at any time; this will not affect an order already in progress.
Children
Medicines for children should be ordered by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the information provided.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page changes with it.
