About the medicines — the honest answer
Homeopathic medicines are not shipped to the USA or Canada, and you should be wary of anyone who offers to. They are regulated as drugs by the FDA, require a licence from Health Canada, and some remedies cannot legally be exported at all — Moschus, for example, comes from a protected species and its international trade is restricted by treaty.
So the consultation works differently, and better: Dr Arif gives you the exact remedy names, potencies and dosing in writing, and you buy them from a homeopathic pharmacy in your own country. Common remedies are widely available in North America and the UK, you receive them in days rather than weeks, and you avoid customs entirely.

Can Dr Arif send homeopathic medicine to the USA or Canada?
No. Homeopathic products are regulated as drugs by the FDA and require a licence from Health Canada, and some remedies — Moschus in particular, which comes from a protected species — cannot legally be exported at all. Instead, Dr Arif tells you exactly which remedies and potencies to buy, and you order them from a homeopathic pharmacy in your own country. You get them faster, legally, and usually cheaper than international shipping.
Where do I buy the remedies after my consultation?
Common remedies are widely stocked in North America — Boiron, Washington Homeopathic Products and Hahnemann Laboratories in the USA, and equivalent suppliers in Canada, as well as most health food shops and online pharmacies. You will be given the remedy name and potency so you can order with confidence.

What language is the consultation in?
Urdu, Punjabi or English — whichever you are most comfortable with. Most patients abroad prefer Urdu.
How do the time zones work?
Pakistan is 10 hours ahead of New York and 12 hours ahead of California. Morning appointments in Pakistan fall in the evening in North America, which suits most patients. You will be offered a slot in your own local time.
How do I pay from the USA or Canada?
By card or international bank transfer. Payment details are sent with your appointment confirmation, and you pay before the consultation.
What should I prepare beforehand?
Have any recent lab reports, scans or a list of your current medications ready, and note how long you have had the complaint and what you have already tried. The more detail you can share, the more useful the consultation.
What if I want to continue treatment?
Most people book a follow-up after four to six weeks so progress can be reviewed and the remedies adjusted. Follow-ups are USD 20.
